The ACU20FDL liquid mass flow controller comprises a mass flow sensor, a flow‑control regulating valve, and an amplification‑and‑control circuit. It is designed based on the thermal conduction distribution effect, which arises when a flowing fluid transfers heat and alters the temperature distribution along the wall of a measurement capillary. A custom‑designed high‑speed proportional control valve is employed to achieve precise regulation of the liquid’s volumetric or mass flow rate.

◆ Thermal‑anemometer principle, offering higher accuracy, faster response, and a network port.
◆ Tubular shunt, less prone to blockage
◆ Suitable for various low-pressure and high-pressure pipelines
◆ Short warm-up time, minimal zero drift, and high reliability
◆ Analog inputs/outputs can use secondary instruments or flow computers to control and display flow rates.
The ACU20FDL high-precision liquid mass flow meter/flow controller employs a calorimetric method based on the temperature difference across a capillary tube to measure gas mass flow, unaffected by variations in temperature and pressure. The flow signal detected by the sensor is amplified and compared with a setpoint voltage; the resulting error signal drives a control valve, enabling closed-loop regulation of the flow rate through the channel to match the desired value.
