Gas Flow Meters and Flow Controllers
ACCU gas mass flow controllers/flow meters have both thermal and differential pressure principles, with a complete range of types and a wide range of applications, ranging from 2SCCM to 20000SLM.
Select corresponding products according to different working conditions. For normal temperature and pressure, ACU10FD, ACU20FD, ACU20FC, etc. can be used. For high temperature media, ACU10FCH or ACU20FCH can be used. For high pressure, ACU20FD high pressure can be used.
Liquid Flow Meters and Flow Controllers
ACCU liquid flow controllers/flow meters are available in differential pressure and Coriolis types, with good repeatability and fast response. Coriolis flow controllers have high accuracy and are not affected by fluid characteristics. They are suitable for high viscosity and supercritical fluids, and can meet most complex industrial environments.
Pressure Controller
For pressure control schemes, ACCU can provide single valve pressure controllers and dual valve pressure controllers. Single valve pressure controllers are available in ACU10P and ACU20P options, which can achieve pipeline pressure control or vacuum pressure control. If stable chamber pressure is required, ACU20PCD dual valve pressure controller can be selected.
Vapor Flow Controller
The gas-liquid mixing evaporation system developed by ACCU consists of a liquid flow controller, a carrier gas mass flow controller, and a temperature controlled evaporation mixing controller, which can quickly and efficiently control the evaporation mixing.
